Digital Transformation: Juries will delve deeper to understand how significantly a business has transformed the way they work through the adoption of digital processes or technologies.
Innovation: This will identify the major innovations have been implemented in the project or digital advancements in terms of subject and/or approach.
Application of Technology: This will recognise the successful or innovative application of a specific technology or digital process.
Collaboration: How effectively the project promoted or inspired collaboration/integration across the organizational processes and project stakeholders.
Benefits: Juries will consider how digital technologies and processes have helped deliver your project with demonstrable benefits. This could include one or multiple benefits for core business or overall benefits to organizational process excellence.

Jon has a deep understanding of global infrastructures, architectures, security and governance as well as hands-on experience of delivery in a variety of sectors. Jon is an author of a Security Architect book for the British Computer Society and co-author of The Technology Garden, which offers jargon-free advice on sustainable IT delivery. He has written numerous papers and guides about getting the most out of technology, and is an accomplished speaker, facilitator and presenter.

Mojo technology was deployed by leading Fortune company, Governments around the world and large financial institutions. World’s largest WiFi customer creation and deployment was carried out under my direct leadership. Participated in multiple rounds of venture funding from global investors.

IMR: Senior VP R&D and Software Delivery: Conceptualized and built data transformation (Y2K and beyond) and database migration tools that became the pivot for company’s growth leading to the IPO on Nasdaq.
TCS: Joined after IIT. Roles included application systems lifecycle (3.75Y), business consulting around computerization (1.75Y), business development in US (3.5Y) and R&D (5Y). Founded AI and objects group, conceptualized MasterCraft software technology based on compiler and program generation tools.

His impeccable career with Global High-Tech Firms includes those with Scientific Atlanta, Cisco Systems and EMC as their President for the India & SAARC Region and subsequently as the Regional President (Global Accounts) – Asia Pacific/Japan for EMC. Thereafter, Manoj led the Enterprise Business of Tech Mahindra, as it’s President, where he led business units across 70 Global Markets, driving transformative success by helping customers leverage Disruptive technologies. Currently Manoj is the President- Group Public Affairs and Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
Manoj is credited with being the Pioneer of Internet Revolution in India. Under his leadership, India witnessed the birth and creation of over 100,000 Networking Professionals.
He works closely with several Industry bodies and various Boards. He was the past Vice Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in India, Chairman of the Storage Network Industry Association, is currently a Member of the National Executive Committee of FICCI and is on the Boards of Mahindra Defense, Agri Skill Council of India, amongst others.
Manoj has been bestowed with several industry accolades. He has been adjudged as the Best IT Man of the Year and has also been recognized as one of the top ten people to have shaped the last decade of the Indian IT industry by DataQuest.

Dr N Rajendran is a Ph.D. in computer science and a leading expert in the field of Payments, Market Infrastructure & Banking Systems. He has consistently excelled and succeeded in delivering at multiple technical leadership positions for over 20 years of his industry presence and experience. He has an outstanding track record in strategizing, people and technology management, cybersecurity, administration, thought leadership and project & business execution. Dr N Rajendran, has been a facilitator and builder of a world-class technology with proven capability.
In his previous role as Chief Technology Officer – NPCI, Dr Rajendran has conceptualised, implemented and operationalized National Financial Switch (NFS) and Cheque Truncation System (CTS), Immediate Payment Service (IMPS), National Automated Clearing House (NACH), Aadhar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), etc. Dr.N. Rajendran has helped transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy; he has been the chief architect in creating and implementing ground-breaking systems such as Unified Payments Interface (UPI) which is rapidly increasing its footprint in digital payments revolution across India as well as the most domestically successful card scheme (RuPay) for E-commerce, POS and ATM channels.
Dr.N. Rajendran has been a member of multiple national level highly empowered and valued associations such as on Board of Punjab and Sind Bank, member of Technical Advisory Group to various boards / Committees of Reserve Bank of India, Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority(PFRDA), Goods and Services Tax Network (GST Network) GSTN, Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation (DICGC), EMV CO, Bank of India and CDSL.
Currently, Dr.N.Rajendran is Chief Digital Officer of Multi Commodity Exchange of India, Mumbai. Prior to joining the MCX he was the Chief Executive Officer of IFTAS.
